1. About SroForge

SroForge (sroforge.com) is a toplist where Silkroad Online private servers are listed and ranked by player votes. The site is operated by Adrian Petresc, Romania. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Not affiliated with Joymax

SroForge is an independent fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Joymax or the official Silkroad Online. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms.

4. Server listings

• You may only list servers you own or are authorized to represent.
• Listing information must be accurate and not misleading.
• You must have the right to use every image you upload, including banners.
• Listings must not contain illegal, hateful, sexual or malicious content, or links to malware.
• Every new or edited listing is reviewed before it appears publicly. We may refuse, hide or remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Voting

• Each visitor may vote once per server every 12 hours.
• It is forbidden to manipulate votes, for example with bots, scripts, automated tools, proxy or VPN farms, or by buying or trading votes.
• Server owners are responsible for how they encourage votes and must not push players to break these rules.
• If we detect vote manipulation, we may delete the affected votes, remove the listing and ban the owner's account, with or without notice.

6. Vote rewards (callbacks)

• Owners who enable vote rewards receive data about each vote, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Owners may use this data only to deliver in-game rewards, must keep it secure and must comply with applicable data protection laws.
• We try to deliver every notification, but we do not guarantee delivery, and we are not responsible for rewards a server gives or fails to give.

7. Listed servers are run by third parties

The servers listed on SroForge are run by their own owners, not by us. We do not control or endorse them and we are not responsible for their content, availability, downloads or how they treat players. You use them at your own risk.

8. Availability and liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss resulting from the use of the site or of the servers listed on it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
